Return Window
Customers may return products within 14 days of receipt for any reason.
How to Initiate a Return

Return Authorization: We will provide instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all labels and tags attached. Include the return authorization form and any requested supporting documents or images.
Shipping: Use the provided return label or chosen courier. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Return Costs
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products: Free for the customer. Petora will cover all return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund.
Change of Mind: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This applies if the item was purchased incorrectly, doesn’t fit, or is no longer wanted.
Conditions for Returns
Change of Mind: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Defective or Damaged Goods: Contact customer service immediately. Send photos of any defects or damage within 48 hours of receipt. Petora will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Product: If you received the wrong product, contact us and we will arrange the return and replacement.
Non-Delivery: If your order never arrives, contact us so we can investigate with the courier. If the item cannot be located, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.
